IKAQAE: Abai KazNPU among the best universities of the Republic of Kazakhstan

The independent Kazakh agency for quality assurance in education presented the rating of Kazakhstan universities for 2018.

This rating reflects the main aspects of the activities of educational institutions, including the quality of education, the level of scientific research, the competitiveness of teachers and graduates in the labor market. At the same time, it makes it possible to evaluate higher education institutions in terms of the quality of obtaining knowledge and skills, demanded from the point of view of employers and experts.

In view of those specialties, which trains specialists, the rating of higher education institutions was arranged in six directions: among the multidisciplinary, technical, pedagogical, humanitarian-economic, medical universities and high schools of art.

According to the rating of the IKAQAE, Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University, having received the highest possible appreciation - 100, took first place in the category of pedagogical universities of Kazakhstan.

In general, the rating of 2018 reflects the assessment of the activities of 60 universities in the country that provided data on 289 curricula.

In addition, IKAQAE assessed the work of websites of Kazakhstan universities on a number of parameters. In 2018 the site of Abai KazNPU entered the top ten university sites, taking the ninth line (comp.: in 2016, the site was on the 26th place).
