Seminar "Management of Educational Organizations in a Changing World"

On 3 - 4 August, 2018, a seminar was held for the heads of educational departments of regions and cities of republican importance "Management of Educational Organizations in a Changing World" in EFH "Ustaz" of Abai KazNPU (Kapshagai). The seminar focused on the problems of further improving education in the context of the introduction of an updated content of education and the strengthening of the role of the teacher in this process.

The seminar was attended by the Chairman of the Board of AOE NIS Kulyash Shamshidinova, rector of KazNPU named after Abay Takir Balykbaev, Director General of the ICE EDTECH Gani Beisembayev, president of Almaty Management University Asylbek Kozhakhmetov, Deputy Chairman of the Board of JSC NCE "Orleu" Isa Samsayev, chairman of the Republican public association "Arsana" Rysty Zhumabekova, employees of Abai KazNPU and others.

Participants of the seminar made suggestions on the introduction of NIS pedagogical technologies into the curricula of the universities; conducting scientific practice-oriented studies of education; increasing the terms of pedagogical practice and holding it at the place of residence of students; conducting pedagogical practice of future teachers, starting with the second year; the involvement of ICE EDTECH`s specialists for the organization of career guidance work among schoolchildren of 9 classes; creation in regions of sites for the accumulation and exchange of pedagogical experience among teachers; strengthening the work of the teaching staff of pedagogical universities in the basic organizations of education. At the seminar there were also many wishes and suggestions for improving the organization and content of the educational process in pedagogical universities.

In order to coordinate the activities of pedagogical universities and departments of education in the formation of a student contingent and the training of young teachers, a decision was taken to create the Consortium "Educational Alliance". The members of the Consortium became the customer of the education management and as a provider - the ICE EDTECH. Abai KazNPU will act as a basic pedagogical university.
