Meeting with the deputy

On 27 August, 2018 at Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University a meeting of the university team with the deputy of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of Kazakhstan Ahmed Muradov was held. In the program of the deputy`s trip to the regions of the country, a visit to the university and chair of the Assembly of the people of Kazakhstan was planned.

Within the framework of the meeting, the participants discussed the organization of the educational process at the department, as well as the preparation of students for work in ethno-cultural associations.

During the meeting, Ahmed Muradov said: «Today, experts gathered who directly work with students, and in our country, as is known, a multinational student contingent». On the other hand, you educate students who will soon become teachers themselves, that they realize their spiritual and professional responsibility for friendship and stability in our country. «This is the main theme of today`s meeting».

Speaking at the meeting, the head of the chair of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan of Abai KazNPU Georgy Kahn defined the main task of the department: «The work of the department is aimed at the upbringing of new Kazakhstan patriotism, as well as the formation of a lasting positive perception of the history that unites the society».

At present, there are 40 APK departments operating in the republic based on higher educational institutions. At Abai KazNPU the Chair of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan was established in January, this year.
