«Altyn zhuldyzdy ustaz»

On 5 December, a meeting was held at Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University with an academician of the Kazakh Academy of Pedagogical Sciences, Honored Worker of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Hero of Labor of Kazakhstan Ayagul Torekyzy Mirazova, dedicated to her 70th anniversary. (Kazakhstan Yenbek Yerі - the highest degree of distinction of the Republic of Kazakhstan, awarded for outstanding achievements in the economic and socio-humanitarian development of the Republic of Kazakhstan).

The evening was opened by a theatrical production of students dedicated to the life and professional path of Ayagul Mirazova, which showed the outstanding features of the moral, and educational image of the teacher.

The university`s rector, Professor Takir Balykbayev, in his opening speech, congratulated the hero of the day and presented Ayagul Mirasova with the diploma of the Honored Professor of Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University.

In the report «Ulagatty ustaz, parasatty tulga» professor, corresponding member of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Fauzia Orazbayeva told about the educational activities of Ayagul Mirazova. Teacher of Y. Altynsarin school-gymnasium number 159, Almaty, where Ayagul Mirazova worked, Yerzhan Aryn, in his report «Omіrіn mekteppen Ornekteguen» told about the special merits of the outstanding Teacher and her successes in pedagogical work in this school. Shamsia Berkimbaeva, Honored Worker of Kazakhstan, spoke about the successful and productive work of the hero of the day to form a new school in an independent country. The director of the Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology of Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University, Berikzhan Almukhambetov described the moral and ethical image of Ayagul Mirazova, in the context of the natural wisdom of our people; the director of Almaty School No. 140, Sania Tleubay in her speech expressed deep respect on behalf of the teachers of Kazakhstan and read the poem dedicated to Ayagul Mirazova with feeling.

There was a presentation of a book published by «Ulagat» publishing house about Ayagul Mirasova. The choir of university students performed song.

In response, Ayagul Mirazova thanked the rector of the university for the good holiday in honor of her birthday, wished success in their studies and good luck in all things to the students - future teachers.
