Please be informed that it is possible to download a certificate of employment through the Enbek HR mobile application. The Enbek HR mobile application is fully synchronised with the human resources portal hr.enbek.kz, which allows employees to receive information on employment contracts registered in the Unified System of Labour Contracts Registration via smartphone.

To use the services of the application, it is enough to have a mobile number registered in the Mobile Citizens Database. If an employee has been previously registered on the Portal, no additional registration is required in the mobile app - authorisation is carried out under a valid login and password for the Portal. The Enbek HR App and the portal hr.enbek.kz are part of the digital employment ecosystem of the Electronic Labour Exchange.
