Head of the Service for Monitoring of Contracts and Quality of Services Provided

Main functional responsibilities of the structural unit:

- Monitoring of the quality of services rendered to the Company by third-party organisations and assessment of the quality of services rendered.

Main responsibilities:

- Monitoring of contracts concluded for the Company`s financial and economic activities for the purpose of current compliance with these contracts;

- Monitor the quality of services rendered both by third-party organisations to the Company and by the Company`s employees;

- Makes proposals on elimination of deficiencies and expenditure of funds;

- Increases efficiency and transparency of production processes;

- Develops production processes for efficient use of the Company`s existing software and hardware;

- Analyses incoming requests and complaints and, if necessary, brings them to the attention of the head of the division supervising the head of the Company.

Education:

Higher technical or economic education

Required professional experience (duration, field, other)

At least 5 years in the financial or information services sector, experience working in government, commercial, non-profit or international organizations, as well as experience in management positions.

Professional Competencies:

Responsibility, punctuality, decency, desire for new knowledge.

Knowledge of languages, including the state language (list of languages the candidate should be proficient in)

Kazakh, Russian.

Computer Skills:

Good command of MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word), ZOOM, Teams, working with email (Outlook Express).
