International scientific-practical conference of young scientists «Problems of improving the professional competencies of teaching staff of pedagogical universities: new personnel - for higher education»

On May 30-31, 2019, at Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University, together with the executive directorate of the Eurasian Association of Pedagogical Universities, the International Scientific and Practical Conference of Young Scientists «Problems of Improving the Professional Competences of teaching staff of pedagogical universities: New Personnel for Higher School» was held.

The purpose of the scientific event: the creation of additional conditions for the realization of the scientific and creative potential of young teaching staff, their self-realization and further professional growth.

Participants: the best young teachers and scientists of Russia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Belarus, Armenia, Uzbekistan - winners of the International competition of scientific and methodological developments of young teachers of pedagogical universities, colleges and organizations of additional professional teacher education of the CIS member states «Learning to teach».

The conference was attended by the rector of KazNPU T.O.Balykbayev, the rector of Moscow State Pedagogical University A.V.Lubkov, executive director of the Eurasian Association of Pedagogical Universities E.M.Nikitin, secretary of the EAPU board L.V.Bychkova, young scientists and teaching staff of Abai KazNPU.

The format of the conference: collective discussion of issues, workshops, round table, plenary session.

Expected results: the creation of a social atmosphere of ownership and consolidation of young teachers of the CIS countries around the problem of further professional development and promising areas of research in the field of pedagogy.
