Seminars for heads of institutes and structural divisions

On June 12, 2019, at the Kazakh National Pedagogical University in the framework of the Summer School «Modern trends in teacher education» seminars were held. They were held in two sessions: «Organizational behavior and team building in management» and «Methods of educational work under the Orkendeu program».

In the first session, the head of Department of Pedagogy and Psychology of Abai KazNPU Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology Aigerim Kusherbayeva held a training seminar «Organizational behavior and team building in management». Heads of institutes and departments of the university attended the session. The students got acquainted with the most relevant areas of management, noted the importance of teamwork and the creation of a favorable psychological climate in the team. There was an exchange of views on the topic of the seminar.

At the second session, at the invitation of the organizers of the Summer School, the author of the seminar «Methods of educational work on the program «Orkendeu» the candidate of pedagogical sciences, associate professor of the KazNWTTU Sarash Konyrbaeva made a report. She spoke about new approaches to educational work for the upcoming school year in educational institutions.

The session addressed the issues of changing the role of the teacher in the modern paradigm of educational work; structure and content of the program «Orkendeu». Listeners noted the relevance of the materials provided for the further productive educational activities of university teachers.
