The implementation of the Strategic Plan of Abai KazNPU was discussed

On July 4-5, 2019, a special session «Implementation of the Strategic Plan of Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University for 2018-2025» was held at the Ustaz recreation center in the city of Kapchagai, Almaty region. Opening the session, University rector Takir Balykbayev highlighted the main issues covered by the University`s Strategic Plan, approved by the Supervisory Board in 2018. The head of Abai KazNPU wished the participants of the session fruitful work.

Further, those responsible for the implementation of the Strategic Plan made presentations: Vice-Rector for Research and International Cooperation, Professor Aktolkyn Kulsarieva, Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs Asan Satmurzaev, Deputy Director of the Department of Educational, Social Work and Youth Policy Kazyna Bekbenbetova, Deputy Director of the Development Strategy Department and quality analysis Temirkhan Tasbulatov. They explained how the Strategic Plan is being implemented.

In the next section of the session, they made presentations: Aktolkyn Kulsariуeva (Methodology and training technology), head of the human capital development department Aigul Ordabayeva, head of the financial analysis department Dauren Moldagaliyev (Funding strategy), Zhomart Alimov (Logistical strategy). There were also presentations on the themes «Corporate culture of the Abai University» by Vice-Rector Aktolkyn Kulsariуeva, «Portrait of a XXI Century Teacher» by the Head of the Department of Pedagogy of the Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology Korlan Zhampeysova.

During the meeting, the directors and representatives of the institutes shared their views on the strategic development of the university.
