Abai University hosts a seminar on the improvement of pedagogical qualifications

From September 30 to October 4, 2019, Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University hosts a seminar on the improvement of pedagogical qualifications for the course «Application of test forms in new educational and certification technologies», which will be conducted by Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor Vadim Avanesov (Moscow).

The event involves the teaching staff of all institutes of Abai KazNPU.

The purpose of the seminar is to study the theoretical foundations and practical skills in the quantization of educational texts, the use of test forms for learning and self-control, adaptive learning, rating and ongoing monitoring of educational achievements. New educational technologies, e-education, and self-education using computer programs and materials will also be discussed.

Within the framework of the seminar, students will study the development of quantized training texts and test forms, new task forms, the development of task systems in test form: chain, double text tasks; the development of training and production situations, tasks in a test form for these situations, the basics of measuring the level and structure of preparedness, a matrix of test results, statistical methods for substantiating the quality of test tasks and tests, calculating average trend indicators, variations, correlation coefficient, test forms are new and old ones, their combination with new educational and certification technologies, social and professional accreditation.

Upon completion of classes, students will be issued certificates of completion of the course.
