A BRIEF AUTOBIOGRAPHY

Alpysbayev Talgat Menbaevich was born in 1968, he is a Kazakh, married, father of four children. He graduated from an eight-year school in the village of Ush-Zharma in the Balkhash district of the Almaty region in 1984. In the same year, he transferred to the secondary school in the village of Bakanas. In 1985, he entered the Republican Special Boarding School with military vocational training in Almaty, which he successfully graduated from in 1986. In the same year, he entered the Sverdlovsk Higher Military-Political Tank-Artillery School, which he graduated from in 1990.

 

Between 1990 and 1997, he served in various officer positions in the Soviet Army and the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan. In 1997, he entered the Military University of the Russian Federation, from which he graduated with honors in 2000. After graduating from the Military University of the Russian Federation, he joined the Military Academy of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan as a senior lecturer. He served as Deputy Head of the Training Department, Head of the Education Quality Assessment Department, and Head of the Department of Social Sciences at the Military Institute of Land Forces.
