Organization of participation of university students in the international scholarship of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Bolashak"
Organization of participation of students and university staff in international competitions, conferences and symposia.
Organizational work to find sponsors and grants for research and educational programs.
Sharing of experiences in the field of education and science with foreign universities.
Working directly with the Embassy
Informing the departments of the University of the planned international conferences, symposia, colloquia, etc., including those involving KazNPU named after Abai. Participation in organizing and conducting.
Analysis and expert evaluation of the effectiveness of the departments of the university in the field of international cooperation.
Introduction of planning and reporting documents, including registration, for External Relations of the University.

Functions:

Organization of national Culture Days countries that sent their citizens to study in KazNPU named after Abai with the relevant embassies and representative offices in Kazakhstan.
Preparations for the review rector KazNPU named after Abai proposals faculties reception of foreign scientists, teachers, trainees to work.
Drafting, in conjunction with the departments, programs receiving foreign experts and monitoring the implementation of these programs.
Timely processing of relevant documents concerning the stay of foreign specialists, teachers at the university.
Monitor the timely provision of reports on the results of departments dealing with foreign experts, teachers.
Coordination and participation of university students in the presidential program "Bolashak".
Publication of KazNPU named after Abai in forums and conferences devoted to higher education in a global network "Internet".

RIGHTS

Make proposals to the Department on improvement of the Division.
Organize and conduct scientific and practical conferences, interuniversity scientific conferences, participate in scientific conferences held in other organizations.
Immediately inform the leadership of the Office of the late registration of the relevant documents concerning the stay of foreign specialists, teachers at the university.
Require the provision of conditions for the work of the Division.
