Department for Quality Analysis and Development Strategy is one of the structural subdivisions of the Kazakh Abai National Pedagogical University

It consists of three functioning divisions:
Department of analysis and assessment of the quality of education; 
Accreditation and rating department;
Department of Strategy development and monitoring.

The Department is responsible for working out the University Strategic Development Plan for 2018-2025, which defines the main priorities for the development of the university, target indicators and factors and monitors its implementation.

The Department coordinates the university-wide Education Quality Assurance Programs, ensures the implementation of institutional and program (specialized) accreditation procedures by domestic and international agencies, coordinates the work on the participation of the university in the national ratings of universities and the OP.

The Department ensures the certification of the quality assurance system (QAS) and recertification for compliance with the requirements of the international quality standard ISO 9001: 2015, the development and implementation of the quality assurance system (QAS) procedures, and the annual internal audit at the university.

The department has the responsibility to develop a mechanism for introducing a rating assessment of the activities of university staff, conducting an annual analysis of the quality of teaching staff and the achievements of academic and research units, and organizing and conducting sociological studies at the university and preparing final materials on them.
