Institute Created on 01 October 2011 and is designed to create and implement an educational portal and AIS university in the educational process of the university. The work of the Institute is aimed at the realization of the main goals of higher education related to the provision of high quality training and retraining of productive while reducing training costs.

Structural subdivisions IIE:
-Software Division;
-Division of Information Resources;
-Division of assessment and quality.

Tasks assigned to CIE:
- the introduction of modern information technologies in the management and automation of the educational process;

- development and implementation of an automated information system of KazNPU named after Abai - an educational portal;

- ensuring continuous operation of the university server node, server administration, mail server, protection of information resources;

- development and maintenance of web-resources KazNPU named after Abai support of web-representation;
- participation in research activities in the field of informatization of education and the use of information and communication technology: technical support educational activities in the university online.

Support Server node University

IIE is working on the Central Administration server telecommunications center, which is located in the main building (office 428A). Smooth operation of the corporate network provides a set of routers and servers to store information and transfer it to the information highways University.
