International forum on teacher education
From May 27 to June 9, Kazan (Tatarstan, Russia) hosts the VI international forum on teacher education «Prospects and priorities of teacher education in the age of transformations, choices and challenges», which discusses the problems of scientific and pedagogical research, questions about promising forms of scientific and methodological support for sector innovative education, new developments and achievements in the field of educational technologies.
IFTE-2020 gathered more than 600 best researchers in the field of teacher education from 132 Russian and 74 foreign universities and research organizations at the Kazan University.
The forum was also attended by teachers of the Department of PMPE of the Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology of Abai KazNPU Kdyrbaeva Azatgul Akhmetovna and Ryabova Ekaterina Vladimirovna with an online presentation on the topic: «The need for training and self-improvement as a professional quality of a teacher».
Azatgul Akhmetovna and Ekaterina Vladimirovna have been participating in this forum for several years, highlighting their experience and research in the framework of working with schools.
The leadership of the institute hopes that other teachers of this department will also take part in the forum next year. This is a very useful event.
