Dedication to students

On 19 October 2020, according to the Plan of the Department for Educational Work and the Committee on Youth, an online initiation ceremony for first-year students of the Institute of Natural History and Geography "My Choice is KazNPU" was held.

The event was attended by the Director of the Institute Kulyash Kaimuldinova, Advisor to the Rector of Youth Affairs Maksat Zhakauov, Deputy Director of the Department for Educational, Social Work and Youth Policy Kazyna Bekbenbetova, Chairman of the Committee on Youth Dildabek Didarbek.

Director Kulyash Kaimuldinova solemnly presented the symbolic "Key to Knowledge" and "Student Card" to freshmen who took the oath, and also awarded a number of students with letters of appreciation. This was followed by a concert prepared by freshmen, which gave a festive mood to all those participating in the online broadcast. Masters student Nursaya Bazarbabekova delivered a congratulatory speech on behalf of the Institute`s activists.

The event was broadcast live on the Zoom platform and on the University`s official Instagram page. A specially prepared video for freshmen gave them the opportunity to get acquainted with the Institute`s activities and the leisure time of young people.

At the end of the event, Nurlan Manapov, Deputy Director of the Institute for Educational Work, thanked all participants and organisers.

Dedication to the students was organized in accordance with the requirements of the quarantine regime and contributed to the pride of freshmen in the Abai KazNPU.
