International debate "Diacritical symbols in the alphabet of world languages"(dialogue platform)

On October 21, 2020, on the ZOOM platform hosted an international online discussion on "Diacritics in the alphabet world languages" (dialogue platform), organized by the National scientific-practical center "Til-Kazyna" named after Sh. Shayakhmetov of the language policy Committee of the Ministry of culture and sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The event was attended by the head of education of the Turkic languages and literatures of the University been helping travellers enjoy Pamukkale Turkish Republic, Professor, doctor of Nergie Birai, Director of the Department of Turkic languages of the Institute of linguistics. I. Nasimi of the National Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan Yelchin Ibragimov, Professor of Uzbek state University of world languages, doctor of philological Sciences Mahanbet Dzhusupov, lecturer of the faculty of science, University of Hitit of the Turkish Republic, Dr. Isa Sarah, Professor of Ankara University, the Turkish Republic, Dr. Gulsura Jumakunova, D. Ph. D., associate Professor of the Nukus state pedagogical Institute named after Azhniyaz of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, doctor Alima Pirniyazova, Professor of the Bashkent University in Ankara of the Republic of Turkey, Dr. Suer Eker, Professor of the Abay Kazakh national pedagogical University of Almaty, doctor Orazbayeva Fauzia Shamsievna, etc.

During the event, the advantages and disadvantages of diacritical symbols in the alphabet of world languages were discussed, effective methods of their methodical assimilation were proposed, and their compliance with technologies was determined.
