The Winter School discusses issues of identity formation in the works of Abai

On January 14, 2021 the Winter School «Pedagogical education in the format of distance learning» continued its work at Abai KazNPU.

The regular seminar was opened by the vice-rector for educational work and social development of Abai KazNPU Zhanatbek Shpekbayev, who, emphasizing the importance of the topic, talked about the work being done in this direction at the university.

The session was devoted to the formation of personality. The theme was «Tolyk adam». Director of the Department of Educational, Social Work and Youth Policy Kazyna Bekbenbetova and speakers - Director of scientific-research centre «Hakim Abai» of Abai KazNPU Jabal Shoynbet, associate professor of Kazakh language and literature department named after S. Kirabayev, a senior lecturer, abaitanushy Marat Bekbosynov - introduced the participants with the philosophy and ways of implementation of the idea «Tolyk adam», the organization of educational work of the university in the light of Abai`s conceptual views.

The head of SRC «Psychological support of the development of the University» Zhamilya Namazbayeva made a report on the development of an integrated personality in the context of psychological views of Abai, analyzing the philosophical, pedagogical and psychological approach to the idea of «Tolyk adam» in the works of Abai.

The deputy directors on educational work, heads of the departments, and lecturers took part in the seminar. At the end of presentations was an exchange of views on the implementation of the conceptual ideas of «Tolyk adam» in the educational work of the University. The relevance of the materials presented by the speakers was noted, in order to obtain feedback from the participants of the seminar a survey was conducted.

Within the framework of the Winter School Baiserkeev O. N. - trainer in the implementation of GCOS and adaptive leadership - held a training workshop «Development of horizontal-cyclical organizational structure (GCOS)», which was held from 11 to 14 January this year. Transition to innovative model of management».

Participants of the course - directors of institutes, heads of departments, teaching staff - discussed such questions as philosophy of interaction in unified corporate environment, education quality management, strategy of horizontal-cyclical organizational structure development in the transition to innovative management model.
