Festive event «Ayel - alem aynasy»

Today, the university has 1,960 employees and a teaching staff, of which 75% are women.

Today, women make a huge contribution to the upbringing and education of young people, laying a solid foundation for the bright future of our country.

On March 5, 2021, on the eve of the International Women`s Day, a solemn event «Woman - the mother of the world» was held. The event was held in offline and online formats.

Takir Balykbayev, Rector of Abai KazNPU, congratulated the women of our university on Spring Day, 8 March. Then an award ceremony was held where the best female employees of the university were awarded.

During the event, for significant achievements and productive work in teaching and educating the younger generation, Vice-Rector for Strategic Development and Internationalization Akolkyn Kulsarieva was awarded the badge «For Outstanding Services», for active participation in public life and hard work of the University, Deputy Head of the Center «Uly Dala Tulgalary» Danagul Mukatovna and Director of the Department of Finance and Economy - Chief Accountant Tamara Saparbayeva were awarded the badge «Honorary Worker». In addition, 7 teachers and employees were awarded the badge «Best Teacher», 9 - «Best Employee», 7 - «Certificate of Honor» of the rector of the University, 6 - «Diploma» of the rector of the University.

As part of the event, 13 students were awarded letters of appreciation from the Rector of the University.

Among them was a 2nd-year student of the Institute of Arts, Culture and Sports Abenova Arailym, who recently took first place at the Kazakhstan Women`s Sambo Championship in the weight category up to 80 kg.

A concert program with the participation of Kazakh pop stars and creative youth of the university followed the official event. The ethno-group «Konyr» opened the concert with a melodic song. At the same time, the winners of the aitys «Menin pirim - Suyinbay», students of our university Daniyar Nysangaliyev and Altynai Kanapiya presented the composition «Kyz ben zhigit aitysy» to the audience. The guests of the event were the winner of the project «Kazakhstan Dausy» Seit Sauatay and the talented performer Bekbergenov Azamat. During the concert, online congratulations were sent by the laureate of the Order «Kurmet», Honored Worker of the Republic of Kazakhstan, University graduate Tamara Asar and the group «Alatau Serileri».

The festive mood was given by the song «Mama`s Eyes» performed by Olesya Khomenko, a student of the Institute of Arts, Culture and Sports, winner of republican competitions.
