On 12 June 2021, a scientific discussion «Ways to improve the quality of education: problems and new challenges» was held at Abai KazNPU in the online format. The event was organized by the scientific and methodological journal «Pedagogy and Psychology» (Mombek A.A., Issaliyeva S.T.) and the Modern Education & Research Institute (Ekaterina Tsaranok, Brussels, Belgium).

The scientific event was held within the framework of the International Scientific and Educational Project «Zhana Izdenister». The discussion was attended by representatives of the Azerbaijan State Pedagogical University and School No. 251 in Baku (Azerbaijan), National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences (Ukraine), Vologda State University (Russia), Alecu Russo State University (Republic of Moldova), Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University, Kazakh National Women`s Teacher Training University, Eurasian Technological University, City Scientific and Methodological Center of New Technologies in Education of the Education Department of Almaty, Republican Scientific and Practical Center for Mental Health in Pavlodar (Kazakhstan) etc.

The reports were made by project participants: pedagogues-psychologists, teachers and students of schools in Nur-Sultan, Almaty and Pavlodar, Zharkain district of Akmola region, Enbekshikazakh district of Almaty region, Ridder city of East Kazakhstan region, students and undergraduates of the Azerbaijan State Pedagogical University (Baku, Azerbaijan), Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University (Almaty), M.Kozybayev North Kazakhstan State University (Petropavlovsk), students and international students of the Sorbonne-Kazakhstan Institute (Almaty).
