On August 12, 2021, the online scientific discussion «Professional and personal growth: new challenges and prospects» within the framework of the International Scientific and Educational Project «Zhana Izdenister» took place at Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University. The event was organized by the scientific and methodological journal «Pedagogy and Psychology» (Mombek A.A., Issaliyeva S.T.).

The discussion was attended by representatives of the Azerbaijan State Pedagogical University (Baku, Azerbaijan), Balashikha c. No. 11 Gymnasium (Moscow region, Russia), Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University (Almaty), Sh.Ualikhanov Kokshetay University (Kokshetau), A.Baitursynov Kostanai Region university (Kostanai), M.Kozybayev North Kazakhstan State University (Petropavlovsk), City Scientific and Methodological Center of New Technologies in Education of the Education Department of Almaty and other sectoral institutions.

The reports were made by project participants: pedagogues-psychologists, teachers and students of schools in Nur-Sultan, Almaty and Pavlodar, Zharkain district of Akmola region, Uigyr and Enbekshikazakh districts of Almaty region, Ridder city of East Kazakhstan region, students, doctoral students and graduates of the L.N.Gumilyov Eurasian National University, Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University, Sh.Ualikhanov Kokshetay University (including international students from Azerbaijan and India), Near East University of North Cyprus (Turkey), I.Zhansugurov Zhetysu University (Taldykorgan), post-graduate students of the Institute of education problems of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine (Kiev, Ukraine), representatives of the Center for psychological, pedagogical, medical and social assistance «Sodeistvie» (Kaluga, Russia), Republican Scientific and Practical Center for Mental Health in Pavlodar (Kazakhstan) and other participants of the project.
