Training of teachers of pedagogical specialties

for training 4th year students  under the dual training

From 23 to 27 August 2021 the Professional Development and Distance Learning Centre of Abai KazNPUheld courses on «Training of teachers of Abai KazNPUfor organization of distance learning for the students of final years of pedagogical specialties in 2021-2022 academic year» in the Kazakh and Russian languages.

Faculty members of the Institutes of Pedagogy and Psychology, Natural Sciences and Geography, Mathematics, Physics and Informatics, Philology and Multilingual Education took part in the course.

The teachers of the Centre Orakova A.Sh., Kornilova T.B., Beldenbayeva M.T. introduced the participants of the course with the normative-legal documents to conduct dual training of final-year students of pedagogical specialties in 2021-2022 academic year peculiarities of using methods and ways of educational process in providing quality education in the conditions of updated content education. The benefits and ways of introduction of coaching and mentoring practices, providing methodological support to teachers in the organization of Lesson study and Action research were discussed.

At the end of the course at the round table with D. Esenuli, deputy director of the Centre, participants exchanged experience on topical issues of methodological support organization due to changes in normative documents, discussed ways of their implementation, and familiarized themselves with plans for upcoming courses. The participants noted the effectiveness of the training and the relevance and content of the topics.
