Meeting of the Rector with the Consul General of Turkey in the Republic of Kazakhstan

On October 21, 2021, the Abai KazNPU hosted a meeting between the Chairman of the Board-Rector Darkhan Bilyalov and the Consul General of Turkey in Kazakhstan Ali Ryz Akinci. The event was also attended by the consulate - Mahmut Agyrman, education attaché, and vice-rector for strategy, digitalization and internationalization of Abai KazNPU Aktolkyn Kulsariev.

During the meeting, the Consul General congratulated the rector on his appointment and wished him luck in his work. He also noted the importance of continuing the development of cooperation between the universities of our two countries and pledged full support from his consulate in continuing the joint work of Abai KazNPU and Turkish universities. In turn, Darkhan Bilyalov gave brief information on cooperation with Turkish universities and on the areas in which close partnerships have been established. The parties expressed confidence in the implementation of further fruitful work. At the end of the meeting, Ali Ryza Akyndzhy invited the team and students of Abai KazNPU to visit the Turkish cinema festival, which will be held in Almaty.
