Discussion of the release of new textbooks at the meeting #U 38

On 31 May, 2018 on the basis of the University of Narhoz was organized meeting # U 38 of the Alliance of Universities. The event was organized in connection with the release of 18 textbooks in the framework of the program article of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan N.A. Nazarbayev «Bolashakka bagdar: Rukhani zhanguyru» on the project «New Humanitarian Knowledge. 100 new textbooks in the Kazakh language».

The Executive Director of the National Translation Agency Rauan Kenzhekhanuly and the Head of the Internal Policy Department of Almaty Nurlan Esbolatuly headed the event. Published books are works recognized as world practice. The participants expressed their opinions and wishes with great enthusiasm in this regard. The head of the Project Office of Abai KazNPU Sain Borbasov expressed his point of view.

Round table «Education of the historical consciousness of the Kazakh people - the main direction of preserving the code of the nation»

On 16 May, 2018 on the basis of Abai KazNPU a round table «Education of the historical consciousness of the Kazakh people - the main direction of preserving the code of the nation» was held. This event is a joint project of our university with the Institute of History and Ethnology Sh. Valikhanov.

Among the participants of the round table were representatives of the scientific intelligentsia of the republic, teachers of the university, studying the history, culturology, ethnology of the Kazakh people: Ziyabek Kabyldinov, Mambet Koigeldiev, Serik Agigali, Mereke Tulekova and others.

The round table was organized by the project office of the University in the person of vice-rector Aktolkyn Kulsarieva, professor Sain Borbasov, associate professor Laura Kakimova.

Director of the Institute of History and Ethnology named after Shokan Valikhanov, doctor of historical sciences, professor Ziyabek Kabuldinov presented more than 40 copies of scientific and methodical publications, among them the works of academicians Manash Kozybaev, Ramazan Suleimenov, Malik Asylbekov and others as a gift to Abai KazNPU library.

As a result of the round table, a resolution was adopted; the participants` reports were recommended for publication.

Seminar «Intangible cultural heritage: international experience and perspectives»

On 5-9 May, 2018, the seminar «Intangible Cultural Heritage: International Experience and Prospects» was held in the Ulytau National Historical and Cultural Reserve and Nature Reserve Museum in Ulytau village, Karaganda region, within the framework of the traditional festival «Terskakkanskaya Vesna». The National Historical and Cultural and Natural Museum-Reserve «Ulytau» organized the seminar. The seminar was held under the auspices of the Ministry of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the National Committee for the Safeguarding of the Intangible Cultural Heritage under the National Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan for UNESCO and ISESCO.

Kazakhstani researchers, as well as experts from Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan participated in the seminar.

Representatives of our university spoke at the seminar: the culturologist, the candidate of pedagogical sciences, the associate professor of the Institute of Arts, Culture and Sports, the member of the Artists` Union of Kazakhstan, the member of the National Committee for the Safeguarding of the Intangible Cultural Heritage at the National Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan for UNESCO and ISESCO, the UNESCO Observatory on Intercultural Creative Education in Central Asia (ALMOCA) Zhanerke Shaygozova and art critic, culturologist, candidate of art criticism, associate professor of the Institute of Arts, culture and sports, member of the Union of Artists of the RK, expert of the UNESCO Observatory on Intercultural Creative Education in Central Asia (ALMOCA) Madina Sultanova.

Lecture on the wisdom of Abai at the Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology

In connection with the 90th anniversary of Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University and the 10th anniversary of the «Hakim Abai» Research Center in the «Abaytanu» Museum-Office for students, undergraduates and doctoral students, the director of the center, Zhabal Shoyinbet, regularly conducts a familiarization course of lectures «Abai Wisdom - at the Abai University».

On 31 January, this year, the first lecture was read for undergraduates of the Institute of Philology and Multilingual Education. On 21 February, a lecture on this topic was offered to 1st-year students of the Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology of Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University.

After the lecture the students asked a number of questions, and many of them shared their opinions. At the lecture Abai`s works were performed. Director of the research center «Hakim Abay» Zhabal Shoyinbet expressed the idea that in the future this kind of lecture is planned to be held monthly in all institutes of Abai KazNPU.

Historical and educational event «Heritage of A. Baytursynov»

On 30 January, 2018, within the framework of the Rukhani Janguyru program, a historical and cognitive event « Heritage of A.Baitursynov» was organized, dedicated to the memory of writer, researcher, Turkologist, journalist Ahmet Baitursynov. The Department of Education, Social Work and Youth Policy and M. Gabdullin Science Center «Tulgatanu» initiated the event.

Expert of the Center «Tulgatanu» named after M. Gabdullin, Professor Saltanat Iztyleova was the leading. With a welcoming speech to the participants of the meeting, the director of the Center «Tulgatanu» named after M. Gabdullin, Doctor of Historical Sciences Dana Mukatova took the floor.

Among those present were representatives of the faculty and students of the university. The niece of the writer Ahmet Baitursynov Ayman Baisalova, the dean of the Faculty of Philology and World Languages of Al-Farabi KazNU, doctor of philological sciences Omirkhan Abdimanuly, head of the grammar department of A. Baytursynov Institute of Linguistics, doctor of philological sciences Orunai Zhubayeva, director of the A. Baytursynov museum Rayhan Imahanbet were invited to the event.

The attention of the audience was presented in the collection of the scientific heritage of Ahmet Baitursynov. A documentary about the life and work of the great scientist was shown.

ROUND TABLE
«Uli dala jastary. Abai KazNPU»

In order to implement the program «Rukhani zhanguyru» on January 26, 2018 in the conference hall of Abai KazNPU, a round table «Physical Culture and the System of Training of Specialists» was held, dedicated to the 70th anniversary of Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor Kairat Adambekov. The round table is the first planned event of the University in the section «Urpaktar Sabaktastyguy» of the subproject «Uli dala jastary. Abai KazNPU».

Over the years of his work in higher education, Kairat Adambekov has gone from senior teacher, department head, deputy dean, dean of pedagogical, sports, psychology and pedagogical faculties to vice-rector for scientific work at Kazakh State Institute of Physical Culture and Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University. More than 47 years of fruitful creative and scientific work left their mark in the training of specialists and scientific personnel in the field of physical culture and sports. «Kairat Ilyasovich is an Honored Coach of the Republic of Kazakhstan and a teacher with a capital letter". His activities serve as an example for young people», - said the first vice-rector, M.A. Bektemesov.

Students and undergraduates of the 1 and 2 years of the specialty «5B010800/6M010800 -" Physical Culture and Sport», the faculty of the Institute of Arts, Culture and Sports, university leaders, directors of institutes and department heads took part in the round table. Seminar on «The features of improvisational art and its significance in the historical and literary process»

On January 31 of the current year the director of the research center "Oral author`s literature", doctor of philological sciences, professor Beken Ybyraym held a seminar «Peculiarities of improvisational art and its significance in the historical and literary process» dedicated to the realization of the program «Rukhani zhanguiru» and the 90th anniversary of the University . Master`s students of the Institute of Philology and Multilingual Education attended the seminar, studying in the specialties «6M011700 - Kazakh language and literature» and «6M12100 - Kazakh language and literature in schools with non-Kazakh language of instruction».

The aim of the seminar was to establish the role of continuity and originality in the work of the poets of Altai, Atyrau and Zhetysu in preserving the Kazakh national culture, determining the importance of improvisational art in different periods of the culture of the Kazakh people.

The participants of the seminar saw how the author`s oral poetry influenced the written literature, art traditions in Kazakh poetry. Beken Ybyraym presented concrete examples of such influence, which aroused interest among undergraduates. Also, attention was paid to issues related to the study of oral literature and the need to introduce new terms.

ALLIANCE OF UNIVERSITIES # U38

Within the framework of the program of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan N.A. Nazarbayev «Bolashakka bagdar: Rukhani janguyru» and «New development opportunities in the context of the Fourth Industrial Revolution» on January 31, 2018 in Al-Farabi KazNU, a meeting was held in which representatives of higher educational institutions of Almaty took part. This event was conducted by the head of the Department of Youth Policy Chingiz Beskempirov, vice-rector of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University Sholpan Zhamanbalaeva and vice-rector of Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University Zhanatbek Ishpekbayev.

To achieve the objectives set forth in the Rukhani zhanguiru program, it was decided to create an Alliance of Universities, in which all 38 universities in Almaty took part. The main goal of the Alliance is to attract teachers, scientists and students of higher educational institutions to participate in the implementation of this program.
The Alliance of Universities # U38, according to its participants, is a creative platform for the realization of the global goal set by the Head of State - the spiritual development of the society, primarily of the Kazakhstani youth. The Alliance of University #38 plans to hold a number of events: the first city forum, a scientific conference devoted to the study of sacred sites, Internet projects aimed at popularizing Kazakhstan`s culture, and many others. During the discussion, the participants proposed to continue the inter-university dialogue of cooperation in various universities of Almaty.

Our University was represented at the meeting by the vice-rector for educational work Zhanatbek Ishpekbayev, project office manager Laura Kakimova, doctoral student Almat Yerzhanov, undergraduates Maksat Zhakauov and Islam Kuraev.

A RAUND TABLE DEDICATED TO THE 100TH ANNIVERSARY OF ALASH

On 13 December, 2017, within the framework of the Rukhani Janguiru program, with the assistance of the National Library of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the National Ethnographic Association Adyrna, the Atamura Nomads International Foundation, the Institute of History and Law of Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University, in the conference room of the National Building library of the Republic of Kazakhstan, there was held a round table devoted to the 100th anniversary of the formation of «Alash».

Prominent historians and public figures took part in the event: the director of the National Ethnographic Association «Adyrna» Aubakir Arman, the head of the Department of History of Kazakhstan named after Academician T.S. Sadykova Professor Koygeldiev Mambet, editor-in-chief of the newspaper «Kazakh Uni» Kazbek Isa, director of the Alash Center of the Eurasian National University named after L.N. Gumilyov Akkuly Sultan-Khan, bibliographers of the National Library of the Republic of Kazakhstan, librarians of the National Library of the Republic of Kazakhstan, members of public organizations, as well as faculty and students of Abai KazNPU.

The presentation of the published literature was held within the framework of the round table: the bibliographic index «Alikhan Bukeykhan (1866-1937)», the book «Alash Kozgalysy: Tarih zhane kazirgui zaman», as well as the collection of materials of the republican scientific and practical conference «Alash Orda: Ulttik idea zhane din maselelery».

The moderator of the roundtable was Professor Zhumagulov Bolat, director of the Institute of History and Law. The speakers shared their views on the national idea presented by the leaders of Alash, Conducted a discussion the works, creativity of the Alashordians, in which issues of religion, gender equality, literacy and education were discussed. Guests, famous scientists and public figures positively assessed the work of the round table. At the end of the event, all guests received letters of thanks and significant gifts in the form of a special silver medal dedicated to the 100th anniversary of Alash.

Within the framework of the program «Rukhani zhanguyru» there was a presentation of Orazaly Sabden`s book «Abay, the future of Kazakhstan and the world civilization»

On November 28, 2017, within the framework of the «Rukhani zhanguyru» program in the assembly hall of the University, a presentation of the book of the scientist with the world name Orazaly Sabden «Abay, the future of Kazakhstan and the world civilization» was held. Academician Orazaly Sabden was introduced to the teacher staff and student audience of the University by the first vice-rector of Abai KazNPU, Maktagali Bektemesov.

The author of this book, as well as more than 450 scientific works, Orazaly Sabden is a doctor of economic sciences, an academician, a deputy, a laureate of the State Prize of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Foreign and domestic scientists highly appreciated the books of Orazaly Sabden and, in particular, the fundamental book «Abai, the Future of Kazakhstan and the World Civilization», published in Kazakh, Russian and English. Evaluating the work of the scientist, they noted that he is able to influence both the development of Kazakhstan and the development of world science as a whole.

The book «Abai, the future of Kazakhstan and the world civilization» outlines the important issues that Abai raised in his time and which have not lost relevance in our days, as well as recommendations based on research of the innovative economy and spiritual development of the nation.

The presentation material, with which the scientist shared, aroused the interest and sympathy of the audience. The head of the department of methodology of teaching mathematics, physics and computer science Alma Abylkasymova, professor Temirkhan Tebegenov, the director of the center «Khakim Abai» Zhabal Shoyinbet, and the students, who participated actively in the discussion, shared their thoughts on the book and Orazaly Sabden`s contribution to the development of the national idea.

Abai, the future of Kazakhstan and the world civilization

Scientific and Practical Conference
under the program «RUKHANI JANGUYRU»

On 10 November, 2017 in Astana was held the International Scientific and Practical Conference «Rukhani Zhanguyru: Alash Zhane Azattyik Ideyasynyn Sabaktastiguy», dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the formation of the Alash-Orda. Public figures, deputies of the Republic of Kazakhstan, public figures, representatives of state bodies and organizations, employees of ministries and departments, heads of domestic and foreign research institutes, representatives of scientific and creative intelligentsia and mass media took part in the conference. Scientists from Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University also took part in this event: Kenzhebaev Gabit Kapezovich, Mambet Kulzhabayuly Koygeldiev, Zhumayulov Bolat Saguidollaevich, Khalidullin Gizatulla and others. In particular, the head of the Department of History of Kazakhstan, academician T.S. Sadykov of Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University Mambet Koigueldiev, who has been researching the topic of Alash for 30 years, cited in his speech many interesting facts that he collected in historical archives for 20 years.

As a result of the conference, a resolution was adopted on perpetuating the memory of the activists of the Alash movement, the need to systematize research on their heritage, and the upbringing of the younger generation in the spirit of patriotism.

Master class of the Rukhani Janguiru Center

On 9 November, 2017 for the teaching staff of Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University the center «Rukhani zhanguiru» held a master class on «Strengthening the relationship between teachers, parents and students». The director of the «Rukhani zhanguiru» center, Almas Akyn conducted the master class, in which the following issues were considered:
1. Be able to establish inner harmony.
2. To be able to solve family problems.
3. Learn the methodology of the relationship with the student`s parents.
4. Learn how to overcome various fears (credit, loneliness), etc.

Round table on the topic «Rukhani zhanguyru»

On 27 October, 2017 in the Friendship House a round table was held on the topic «Zhanguirtu 3.0: Rukhani zhanguyru», which discussed the progress of the implementation of the «Tugan zher» project in Almaty. The moderator of the round table was the deputy akim of Almaty, Arman Orazbaevich Kyrikbaev. Among the participants were Deputy Director of the Institute of Eurasian Integration Natalia Pavlovna Kalashnikova, Head of the Project Office «Rukhani Zhanguyru» in Almaty Gulnar Kalyovna Konyrova, Head of the Chair of International Relations of the Sorbonne-Kazakstan Institute of Abai KazNPU Zhomart Kudaibergenovich Simtikov, President of the Kurds Association «Barbang», Head of the Chair Oriental languages and translation Knyaz Ibrahimovic Mirzoev and others.

PRESENTATION OF THE PROJECT «ULI DALA JATARY». University»

On 20 October, 2017 Within the framework of the «Rukhani zhanguyru» program, the universities of the country on the basis of Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University held a presentation of the implementation of the project «ULI DALA JATARY».

The event was attended by the head of the Project Office of the program «Rukhani zhanguyru» in Almaty Konyrova G.K, manager of the Office of Program Management Atybai B.K. (Astana), responsible employees of universities of Almaty, representatives of youth organizations and mass media, total 70 people.

During the meeting, were clarified the objectives of the project «ULI DALA JATARY», subprograms «Tarbie zhane bilim» of the program «Rukhani zhanguyru» on opening courses on foreign languages, organization and implementation of startups for business projects, creation of intellectual clubs and a student career program, increase the number of young professionals who opened «Their own business», etc.
