Department of Strategy |
Main goals of the Department are: - coordination of the work of the risk management.
Main tasks: 1) coordination of the process of developing the Strategy (Program) for the development of the Company and plans for its implementation, monitoring and analysis of their implementation; 2) coordination of work on the participation of the Society in world university rankings; 3) coordination of the continuous risk management process based on timely identification, assessment, analysis, monitoring, and control to ensure the achievement of the set strategic goals.
Main functions: - organizing the process of developing the Strategy (Program) for the development of the Company and plans for its implementation; - organizing and supporting the strategic planning process (conducting strategic sessions, and events to develop strategic goals, and work out ways to achieve strategic goals); - formation of key strategic documents for the development of the Company; - control by monitoring the implementation of the Company`s Development Strategy (Program) and plans for its implementation; - ensuring analysis and updating of the Company`s Development Strategy (Program) and plans for its implementation; - provision of consulting services to structural divisions by the Company`s Development Strategy (Program); - organization and coordination of work to promote the Society in world university rankings; - Provide coordination, necessary analytics, and methodological support on risk management issues at the Company level; - implementation and improvement of risk management aimed at preventing or reducing potentially negative events.
