International Scientific and Practical conference on «Modern aspects of chemical science and chemical education: theory and practice»

On December 13-14, 2021, the Institute of Natural Sciences and Geography, EP Chemistry Group, organized an international scientific and practical conference on the topic «Modern aspects of chemical science and Chemical education: theory and practice», dedicated to the 90th anniversary of Academician of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Professor E.A. Bekturov and the 70th anniversary of Professor B.A. Mansurov.

Vice-Rector for Social Development of Abai KazNPU Chingiz Nurlanov addressed the participants of the conference with a welcoming speech. Director of the Institute of Natural Science and Geography Kulyash Kaimuldinova introduced the attendees to domestic and foreign guests of the conference.

Bekturov», Director of the Institute of Polymer Materials and Technologies, Professor Sarkyt Kudaibergenov; «Educational and methodological achievements of Professor B.A. Mansurov», Professor of Abai KazNPU Kulyash Kaimuldinova; «Some problems of science and education development», Director of the Institute of Combustion Problems, al-Farabi KazNU, academician Zulkhair Mansurov; «Improvement of chemical education in the Kyrgyz Republic», Professor Bakdolot Kosobayeva, Kyrgyz Republic; «Methods of teaching chemistry in Uzbekistan», Fergana State University, Head of the Department of Chemistry, Professor Mirkozimjon Nishonov, Republic of Uzbekistan; «Polymer-stabilized hydrogenation nanocatalysts», Head of the Laboratory of the Sokolsky Institute of Fuel, Catalysis and Electrochemistry, Professor Alima Zharmagambetova; «Effective pedagogical technologies of teaching chemistry in secondary school», professor of Abai KazNPU Zhenis Shokybayev;«Synthesis of pigments by carbothermic oxidation of barite-containing rocks», associate professor of Abai KazNPU Meldebek Zhaksybayev; «Interpolymer complexes: history, main achievements and application in pharmacy and biomedicine», Professor of the University of Reading, Vitaly Khutoryansky, Great Britain; «The study of interaction 1,4-bis (1,2,5-trimethyl-4-oxypiperidil-4)-butadine-1,3 dihydrochloride with sodium alginate», Professor of Abai KazNPU Meyrova Gulzhamila.

At the plenary session, the speakers raised topical issues about modern problems of education and science and shared their opinions. The administration of the Rector`s office presented national chapans and flowers to the anniversaries.
