Seminar «Working with text in Kazakh language textbooks: principles and methods»

On January 27, 2022, a scientific and practical seminar «Working with text in Kazakh language textbooks: principles and methods» was held on the ZOOM online platform, organized by the Department of Science of Abai KazNPU and the scientific and practical laboratory «Latyn» at the scientific and innovative park «Abai LABS».

Opening the seminar, the director of the scientific and practical center «Latyn», Professor F.Sh. Orazbayeva made a report on the topic «Basic principles of working with text in Kazakh language textbooks». Then the senior teacher of the Kazakh National Women`s Teacher Training University F.K. Yusup made a report «Problems associated with texts in Kazakh language textbooks», as well as a teacher of school No. 52 S.R. Barzhykbayeva - «The development of students` speech through text work in elementary school» and teachers of the secondary school named after V. Tereshkova of the Enbekshi-Kazakh district of the Almaty region K. Zukar and D.N. Ashzhanova - «Ways to work with text (for grades 10-11)».

The event was attended by school teachers, representatives of institutions for the improvement of education, university professors, undergraduates and doctoral students, in total about 1,000 people. Questions were asked and topics of reports were discussed. The most active participants were awarded certificates.
