Literary - cognitive week «Ush baiterek («Three pillars of the nation»): Ilas, Saken, Beimbet»

From April 22, 2019, at Academician S. Kirabayev Kazakh language and literature department of the Institute of Philology and Multilingual Education of Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University, the literary and cognitive week «Three pillars of the nation: Ilyas, Saken, Beimbet» dedicated to the 125th anniversary of the «Alash» movement`s activities, writers Ilyas Zhansugurov, Saken Seifullin, Beimbet Mailin started.

On April 22, Doctor of philological sciences, professor Temirkhan Tebegenov delivered lectures for teachers and students on the topic: «Outstanding poet, novelist Saken Seifullin»; On April 24, doctor of philological sciences, acting associate professor Alua Tanzharikova gave a lecture on the topic: «National knowledge in the work of Ilyas Zhansugurov»; On April 24, Doctor of philological sciences, docent Serik Asylbekuly gave a lecture for academic staff and students on the topic: «Beimbet Mailin - traditions and innovations in Kazakh literature».

On April 25, the literary and cognitive evening «Works of Writers - a valuable heritage» was organized by members of the Kubanychbek Zhumaliev Student Scientific club. Members of the club made scenes from the life and work of writers, as well as read poems.

On April 26, Academician S. Kirabayev Kazakh language and literature Department of the Institute of Philology and multilingual education of Abai KazNPU organized a republican round table «Persons of the Great Steppe - three pillars of the nation - Saken Seifullin, Beimbet Mailin, Ilyas Zhansugurov» dedicated to the 125th anniversary of the birth of major literary figures.

This round table was held in the framework of the strategic article of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Leader of the Nation N.Nazarbayev «Seven Facets of the Great Steppe». The meeting was attended by such famous scientists of the country as:
Temirkhan Tebegenov - Doctor of philological sciences , Professor;
Baltabay Abdigazyuly - Doctor of philological sciences, Professor, Director of the Institute of Philology and multilingual education ;
Adilgazy Kaiyrbekov - Candidate of philological sciences, Director of Sabit Mukanov and Gabit Musirepov museum complex, poet;
Serikkazy Korabayev - Candidate of philological sciences, Head of the Department of Abai Studies and Kazakh Literature of a New Era;
Gulshat Nurymbetova - Doctor of Political Sciences, Director of Abai Research Centre «Uly Dala Tulgalary»;
Serik Asylbekuly - Doctor of philological sciences, writer;
Gulzhahan Orda - Doctor of philological sciences, Leading Scientific Worker of M.O. Auezov Institute of Literature and Art.

At the end of the evening, head of Academician S. Kirabayev Kazakh language and literature Department Kalbike Yessenova and teaching staff summarized the results of the literary and cognitive events and analyzed the merits of poets and writers for the future of nation. The teachers and students who participated in the literary and cognitive evening received a great spiritual impression.
