The department of preschool education and social pedagogy has completely switched to a distance learning system

As you know, in connection with emergency situations occurring in the country, by decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Kasym-Zhomart Tokayev, all universities in Kazakhstan have fully switched to the system of distance learning (online education) in order to prevent the spread of coronavirus infection.

In this regard, Abai KazNPU in accordance with the order of the rector Takir Balykbayev on the transition to a new format of work of all structural divisions of the University, the teaching staff of the Department of Preschool education and social pedagogy of the institute of Pedagogy and Psychology fully adapted to current conditions and mastered the modern requirements of distance learning, widely using different types of platforms.

Teachers of the Department together with undergraduates and students actively conduct webinars, video lectures, educational hours in various formats on the platforms MOODLE, ZOOM, SKYPE, KAHOOT, WHATSAPP, MAIL.RU, GOOGLE CLASSROOM, and various online events dedicated to the 175th anniversary of Abai Kunanbayev.

According to the approved schedule of classes on the Moodle platform, the work of seminars, SRS, srsps, boundary controls is checked, online video lectures, webinars, video conferences are held at a high level through the ZOOM and MOODLE systems, and a timely assessment is made in the «Univer» system.

Students and undergraduates with great interest mastered modern technologies and advantages of distance education, without interrupting the preparation for intermediate control. Advisory hours are also held to prepare for the spring session, organize exams in an online format and familiarize students with their procedure and ensure compliance with the University`s Code of Academic Honesty.
