Training seminar «Choosing my future profession»

On December 9, 2021, a training seminar «Choosing my future profession» was held at Esik College of Humanities and Economics, Esik, Enbekshikazakh District, Almaty Region, in order to conduct professionally oriented work. The organizers are teachers of educational programs of preschool, social pedagogy and self-knowledge of Abai KazNPU U.B. Tuleshov, B.Aubakir and S.Zh. Erkebayev.

Special guests invited to the training seminar are the head of the EP of preschool, social pedagogy and self-knowledge, professor Kyakbayeva U.K., professor of this EP Abitova G.T., Abylbakieva G.T., Zhakupova A.Zh.

During the event, the director of the Esik College of Humanities and Economics, A. Zhylkybayev and the head of the EP of preschool, social pedagogy and self-knowledge, professor U. Kyakbayeva signed a memorandum of bilateral cooperation.

The head of the department of preschool education and basic secondary education Zh.Rasheva, the head of the cyclic commission on self-knowledge and pedagogy, psychology Sanymbaeva Zh. And the teachers of the cyclic discipline took an active part in the training seminar.

Moderator Ulmeken Tuleshova conducted a training on the topic «My team and I», college students shared their views on the choice of a future profession, asked questions and received comprehensive answers.

The purpose of the event is to strengthen the continuity between pedagogical universities and colleges, popularize pedagogical specialties, increase the prestige of the teaching profession, and provide the necessary information to those wishing to enroll in pedagogical universities.

The training seminar was conducted using a case study, coaching technology, SWOT analysis, and interactive teaching methods. Students expressed their gratitude to the organizers of the event.
