Social therapy "Kind conversations"

On February 29, 2024, under the guidance of associate Professor Shirinbaeva Gulbakhira, volunteer students of the 2nd year of the specialty "6B01801-Social Pedagogy and self-knowledge" Manap Aruzhan, Nagmetova Altynai, SaynovAlmat, Sarsengalikyzy Asylai, Abzhali Shokan, IbadullaevBakdoulet, Kaldybek Ayaulym conducted social therapy in the socio-pedagogical directions of the Meirim club." We together" for people with disabilities of the YERZI social rehabilitation center in Almaty.

The social and pedagogical work of volunteers was organized with the aim of including people with disabilities in the social environment, improving their social status. Volunteer students used social therapy methods aimed at overcoming a state of emotional arousal after physical exertion: A positive attitude "Concentration on Light", a game for the development of active voluntary attention "Repeat after me"; conversation and a set of exercises.

During the event, the general emotional atmosphere was of great importance, which allows you to evoke a sense of inner unity, to express creative abilities and socialize with other people. The reflective part of the event helped to focus the students` attention on inner peace and true harmony with themselves and the world around them.
