«Educational Policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan»

On February 17, 2026, Professor Aksaule Erzhenbaykyzy Mankesh, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor of the Department of Preschool Education and Social Pedagogy, conducted a scientific and methodological seminar for first-year doctoral students of the 8D01200 «Preschool Education and Upbringing» doctoral program on the topic «Educational Policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan». The seminar was held in a hybrid (offline-online) format. Professor A. E. Mankesh provided an in-depth analysis of educational reforms, their scientific and theoretical foundations, and the mechanisms of their practical implementation, presenting relevant insights on key issues. Particular attention was paid to the relationship between policy and science, integrational processes within the educational system, and the adaptation to global requirements while preserving national values. The seminar addressed the main directions of educational policy, its scientific and theoretical foundations, and practical implementation strategies. The doctoral students actively participated and shared their views and proposals. The seminar was conducted at a high academic and methodological level and contributed significantly to enhancing students’ research competencies, scientific potential, and professional development.
