Code of «Academic honesty»

In the period from October 14 to October 26, 2019 advisors of the Department of «Preschool education and social pedagogy» of the Institute of pedagogy and psychology held meetings for students to get acquainted with the upcoming spring examination session and to inform them about the Code of «Academic honesty» of Abai KazNPU.

Students were explained all eight points of the Code. Particular attention is paid to the basic principles of the Code (honesty, the implementation of the protection of the rights of the author and his successors, openness, respect for the rights and freedoms of students, equality). The goals and objectives of the Code (preventing and eliminating frauds among students and teaching staff, instilling intolerant attitudes towards plagiarism among students and teaching staff, carrying out ongoing targeted work on developing students` integrity, preventing and preventing corruption offenses and implementing an anti-corruption program); types of violations (cheating, plagiarism, double surrender, collusion, secret agreement, falsification of estimates, copying works, the acquisition of answers) were also clarified.
