A visiting professor from Germany conducts classes at the Institute of Mathematics, Physics and Computer Science

Professor Altenbach Holm from Otto von Guericke University (Germany) continues to lecture undergraduates and doctoral students of the Department of Physics of the Institute of Mathematics of Physics and Computer Science. Professor Altenbach offered the students the courses «Introduction to Classical Continuum Mechanics» and «Actual Research Topics at the Chair of Engineering Mechanics of the Magdeburg», which are attended with interest by undergraduates and doctoral students of the Department of Physics. Lectures are held from November 8 to December 3, 2021.

Also, within the framework of the visit, consultations of undergraduates and doctoral students, young teachers on scientific research within the framework of their dissertations are held.
