International educational and methodological seminar Educational and methodological association in the field of education «Pedagogical sciences» of REMC of MES RK on the basis of Abai KazNPU

On March 11, 2022, at Abai KazNPU International educational seminar «Art education at the present stage: state, trends and prospects» was held with the participation of stakeholders, employers and academics of foreign and domestic universities in the training of teachers with a specialization in general development (music education, arts education).

The opening speech was made by the Deputy Chairman of the Educational and Methodological Association - Project Management Group, Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs of Abai KazNPU Maktagali Bektemesov, moderators - project managers with a subject specialization in general development (music education, art education) Zoya Rabilova and Zhanbolat Kosherbayev.

Presentations were made by PhD of the University of Trabzon, Faculty of Fine Arts Bilal Yazici «Academic Art Education in Turkey», Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Ass Professor of Abai KazNPU Laura Kakimova «Cybersocialization of a teacher-musician: trends and challenges of the time», Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Ass. Professor of Zhetysu University named after I. Zhansugurov Aida Usenova «Modern aspects of the quality of higher education in the paradigm of socio-cultural integration» and PhD, Associate Professor of Abai KazNPU Zoya Rabilova «Art education at the present stage: state, trends and prospects.»

Seminar participants, more than 60 people took an active part in discussions of design, modules and disciplines of student-centered innovative educational programs based on professional competencies of the World Bank project together with Finnish experts in «Humanities and Social Sciences» (Art Education, Music Education) and other issues of modern art education abroad and in Kazakhstan.

During discussions at the seminar a number of proposals were voiced by representatives of pedagogical universities in the field of art and music education, decisions were made on current issues in art education, as well as changes in the design, modules and disciplines of educational programs.
