The winners of the contest «Abaydyn asyl murasy»

From February 15 to March 15, 2022, within the framework of the state program «Course towards the future: modernization of Kazakhstan`s identity», for the wide promotion of Abay`s heritage, works educating the personality, a traditional recitation of Abay`s poems «Abaydyn asyl Murasy» for students and undergraduates of 1-4 courses was organized. On March 24, the award ceremony took place in online and offline format.

In accordance with the rules of the competition, video works - poems of Abay recited in an artistic manner - were assessed by a special jury of the Institute of Philology and Multilingual Education, and 45 works were received electronically by the organisers.

The solemn event was attended by a member of the Board, Vice-rector for Social Development of the University Chingiz Nurlanovich Nurlanov, director of the Research Center «Hakim Abai», Abai scholar Zhabal Shoynbet, Deputy Director for Science of the Institute of Philology and Multilingual Education Almas Naimanbai, PhD doctoral student, writer Sh. Kuttybai, Head of the Rukhani zhangyru project office Maksat Zhakauov.

In his speech, Chingiz Nurlanov, member of the board, Vice-rector for Social Development, noted that the significance of the project lies in the fact that in the memory of generations the knowledge of the creativity of teacher, thinker, poet Abai Kunanbayev, the ideality of his works caused a strong response among students and undergraduates of the university. At the same time, the university management paid special attention to the fact that a large number of educational projects of students are being carried out these days, making every effort to popularize the heritage of Abai among the younger generation. In conclusion, the Vice-rector thanked the participants of the competition on behalf of the rector`s office.

This video contest presents the works of about 45 participants, including 4 undergraduates, 41 bachelors.

The prize-winning jobs recognized as corresponding to the position, 3rd place was taken by the 2nd year student of the Russian department of the Institute of Mathematics, Physics and Computer Science, Abrorzhan Tursunov.

The 3rd year student of the Institute of History and Law of the specialty «History-Religious Studies» Satenova Aruzhan took the 2nd place.

The 1st place winner of the video contest »Abaydyn asyl Murasy» was a 1st-year student of the Institute of Philology and Five-language Education Shakyrgan Aisha.

Also, according to the position of the competition, the master`s student of the Institute of Mathematics, Physics and Computer Science Yerasyl Yerdes and the 3rd year student of the Institute of Art, Culture and Sports Arman Tuashev were recognized in the nomination »Uzdik talpynys».

All the winners were awarded with special diplomas of the rector of the university and valuable prizes.

The best works of the competition will be grouped into a special video and published on social networks and on the university`s website.
