UTIQ intellectual cuise contest in a new format and new direction

On December 6, 2023 at the Institute of Natural Sciences and Geography under the guidance of the teacher of the Department of Geography and Ecology A.N.Beken was held intellectual cuise competition UTIQ in a new format and a new direction, organised by the students of the 4th year of OP "6B11101-Tourism". According to the results of the event, the best, mobile and creative team of the Department of Geography and Ecology was recognised. In total, four teams took part in the competition, which won the following places and were awarded special prizes: 1st place - the team "Intelligentsia", 2nd year of speciality "Geography-History"; 2nd place - the team "Victory", 4th year - "Tourism"; 3rd place - the team "Pirates of the Caribbean Sea", 3rd year - "Scientific Geography". A letter of thanks for participation was given to the team "Empire", 3rd year - "Geography-History".

Students and teachers of the department took part in the competition, who became spectators of the competitions and actively supported the players.

We believe that such events not only increase the knowledge of students, but also make them versatile specialists, able to follow modern trends in the development of education and science.
