Teachers of the Department of chemistry switched to distance education

By the decision of the government, Kazakh universities have switched to online education due to the threat of coronavirus infection. Teaching staff of the Institute of natural science and geography also switched to a distance-learning format using opportunities that provide modern information technologies.

Students perform tasks through the system of the complex of information programs «Univer». This software package provides an opportunity to create a database of courses and teaching complexes of disciplines, give tasks to students, monitor their performance and evaluate the degree of development of the course and other opportunities.

Teaching staff of the Department of chemistry actively uses modern means of distance learning, such as ZOOM, WhatsApp Web and Telegram Web. Fragments of lessons conducted by teachers in a one-day online mode for students were shown.
