A Meeting of the Chemistry Department Was Held

On January 5, 2026, a regular meeting of the Chemistry Department was held at the Faculty of Natural Sciences and Geography of Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University.

During the meeting, the results of the winter examination session of the 2025–2026 academic year for students majoring in Chemistry were reviewed. According to the session results, the majority of students demonstrated a full mastery of the course programs. The overall academic performance was characterized by satisfactory and good indicators.

During the meeting, the teaching staff discussed the issues encountered during the winter session and put forward proposals aimed at improving students` academic achievements.

As part of the department meeting, senior lecturer Nurlan Tursymbekuly, a respected educator, skilled pedagogue, and a teacher who has devoted his life to the field of education and has greatly enhanced the reputation of our team, was congratulated on the occasion of his 60th anniversary. Nurlan Tursymbekuly is a dedicated professional who has worked tirelessly in the teaching profession, providing deep knowledge and meaningful upbringing to the younger generation. He has successfully instilled in his students not only knowledge, but also such noble qualities as morality, diligence, and responsibility.

In recognition of his many years of fruitful work, significant contribution to the development of education, and high pedagogical achievements, Nurlan Tursymbekuly was awarded the «Best Teacher» badge, a monetary reward, and a commemorative gift from the trade union organization. This award is a clear testament to the teacher`s professional authority, public respect, and sincere gratitude from his students.
