On February 3, 2021, the Department of Philological Specialties for Foreign Citizens held an online meeting in order to attract applicants from foreign countries to study at Abai KazNPU.

4th-year student Fu Zelin (China), 2nd-year master`s student Hariminoson Zo Nirina (Madagascar) and doctoral student Li Duo (China) said that classes are held at a good level, interesting events are held online at the university. The head of the department S. B. Begalieva, teachers B. S. Balgazina, T. T. Aitkazina, L. K. Mamytbekova, I. E. Yessirkepova in their speeches stressed the need for language skills, introduced the participants to the rules of admission to study in the specialties «Kazakh as a foreign language», «Russian as a foreign language».
