The fight against terrorism is a common task

In November 2021, teachers and students of the Department of Pre-university training of the Faculty of Pre-university training for foreign citizens got acquainted with the rules approved by the order of the Chairman of the Board, Rector of the University D. Bilyalov dated October 11, 2021 «on the establishment of a commission for the organization of anti-terrorist protection».

The participants of the event were informed about the content of the plan drawn up in accordance with this direction in our university, as well as about the ongoing activities.

The purpose of the event is to radically eradicate destructive extremism and terrorism, prevent them, especially among young people, reveal and explain the danger of these currents for the law and order in the country.

Terrorism, first of all, has its own ideology, constantly pursues political goals and certain interests. Members of such destructive organizations use various ways to involve young people in their ranks: in addition to preaching, distributing books, magazines, social media, brochures with religious content, promises everyone a bright future and new opportunities.

Terrorism is fraught with the loss of family and national unity, fractures in society and threatens the peaceful life of the people. Therefore, the fight against terrorism is the duty of every Kazakhstani citizen.

Finally, the listeners were advised to be wary of such manifestations and to avoid contact with people they do not know.
