On 16 November, 2016 lecturers, students and listeners of the Chair of philological sciences for foreign pre-university training and preparatory faculty took part in the international scientific Internet Symposium "Optimization of methods, techniques and methods of ethnically oriented training Chinese-language audience to Russian language", organized by the Moscow State Regional University. As part of the online symposium took place a video-conference with the participation of Russian and Chinese specialists in teaching Russian as a foreign language, in which were made report doctor of pedagogical sciences , Professor S.B. Begaliyeva.

With the welcoming speech addressed to participants of the event were: official representative of Jiangsu Province in the Russian Federation, Honored Professor of the MSRU Mr. Wu Hao; Chief Specialist of the Russian language Division of Cooperation Department  in the sphere of education and science of Russiancooperation Tatiyana Mosievich, Dean of the Faculty of Russian Philology of the MSRU doctor of philological sciences, Professor Olga V. Shatalova.
In the symposium discussed scientific approaches to the problem of ethnically oriented teaching methods Russian phonetics, grammar, cultural studies in the overall dialogue between the two cultures. Participants of the discussion were more than 100 scientists and practitioners from Russia and China.
In a video conference in the scientific discussion format was attended by scientists from different subjects of the Russian Federation, People`s Republic of China, t Republic of Kazakhstan.
