Welcome to Kazakhstan

On November 10, 2017, at the Faculty for foreign citizens and pre-university training (Foundation)of KazNU named after al-Farabi, a meeting was held with the Consulate General of the PRC and students studying in universities in Almaty. The meeting was organized specifically for the arrival of new Chinese students and students who came to study at universities in Almaty.

The honorary guests of the evening were the dean of the Faculty of Oriental Studies of KazNU. Al-FarabiPaltoreIkhtiyar, Head of the Confucius Institute of KazNUAsilbekov RU, Deputy Consul General of China GuoXinqiao, Consul for Culture and Education Wang Qingping, Consul for Security Affairs Lu Yonggang, Vice Consul Huang Jian, Head of International Cooperation Iskakova A.T., the dean of the Faculty for foreign citizens and pre-university training (Foundation)Taubaeva G.Z., teachers and students of universities in Almaty. The guests congratulated the students with the beginning of a new stage in their life, studying abroad, and wished them brilliant success in their studies, strength and patience in studying and mastering one of the most difficult foreign language - the Russian language.

Within the framework of the meeting, a concert was organized by Chinese students studying in universities in Almaty.
