Professor Isatay Myrzakhmetovich Tolenbek is 85 years old

January 15, 2018, Isatai Myrzahmetovich Tolenbek, professor of the department of «Biology» celebrated his 85th anniversary, colleagues and students of the Institute of Natural Science and Geography solemnly celebrated the anniversary. The professor is still in the ranks, full of strength and energy, giving all his knowledge to the education of the younger generation. The entire conscious life of Isatay Myrzakhmetovich, from student to honored worker of Kazakhstan, professor, was held within the walls of the University. More than half a century of pedagogical experience supported by scientific research, which left a noticeable mark in the development and formation of national pedagogical thought.

At the jubilee celebration, the first vice-rector, Professor Bektemesov Maktaghali Abdumazhitovich spoke with warm words of gratitude for tireless work in the upbringing of professionally literate youth. Director of the Institute of Natural Science and Geography, Professor Kulyash Kaymuldinova, congratulating the hero of the day, said that she was a student of the professor. She expressed her gratitude for the knowledge gained during the years of study and for honest and responsible approach to the training of professional personnel.

The head of the department of «Biology», associate professor Murat Zhaksybaev, candidate of biological science, professor Sofia Imankulova, professor Zhumadil Childebaev, candidate of medical science, professor Amantai Kunakbaev, Professor Abdrazak Babashev made congratulations and good wishes to the hero of the day.As the speakers noted, special achievements of Isatai Myrzakhmetovich, was that he was one of the firsts who began to lecture on the physiology of the Kazakh language, and preparedtextbooks and teaching aids in the state language.
