Interuniversity city Olympiad dedicated to the 30th anniversary of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the topic: «Kazakh tilі-Otan, shet tili - alem»

On September 28, 2021, the results of the Interuniversity City Olympiad dedicated to the 30th anniversary of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Day of Languages of the People of Kazakhstan were announced on the topic: «Kazakh tili - Otan, shet tili - Alem». A team of 1st-year students of group 104 of the specialty «Russian language and literature in schools with the non-Russian language of instruction» of the Institute of Philology and Multilingual Education Moldazhanovа Gulchekhra, Mamysheva Galiya, and Kuldimanas Baglan (adviser - senior teacher Z.K. Kokenova) took part in the Olympiad.

The event organized by the department of language disciplines of S.Asfendiyarov KazNMU was attended by teams: «Energo» - Gumarbek Daukeev AUPET, «Elite» - Abai KazNPU, «Zhastar» - S.Asfendiyarov KazNMU, «Sakura» - KRMU, «Green Markers» - Muit, «International» - Kazakh National Conservatory, «Dana arular» KazNWTTU, «Daryndar» KazNAU, etc.

The purpose of the event: to activate and expand the existing knowledge of students about the language, to foster a love of interest in languages, friendship, and understanding between students.

As a result, out of 12 teams, our team «Elite» took the honorable 3rd place, giving way to the 1st place to the team from the Kazakh National Conservatory, which distinguished themselves for their musicality, and the team from S. Asfendiyarov KazNMU who received guests and were the organizers of the Olympiad.

The winning teams were awarded diplomas, certificates were issued to all participants. The event was held at a high methodological level and was of great educational value for students.
