Pedagogical practice is an important step towards mastering the profession

The introductory conference of graduates of the 4th year of the specialties «Russian Language and Literature», «Russian Language and Literature in Schools with a Non-Russian Language of Instruction», «Russian as a Foreign Language» was held at the Department of Russian Language and Literature on October 31, 2022.

The head of the department, Professor Saule Dzhunusovna Abisheva, delivered a welcoming speech to future teachers. She noted that this academic year is associated with a new format of practice, which is aimed at the optimal combination of high quality both theoretical and practical training. The head of the department outlined the priorities for finding students within the walls of schools and urged graduates to observe the ethics of pedagogical communication. At the conference, methodologist M.M. Khavaydarova spoke, outlining the purpose and objectives of pedagogical practice, familiarized those present with the distribution by school and assignment of mentors, an overview of the requirements for internship was given. It was also noted that the result of pedagogical practice should be the mastery of professional competencies and the successful completion of the NCT.

At the end of the introductory conference, the methodologists of the department E.A. Lomova, M.K. Abaeva, D.M. Polyak and others spoke. Students asked questions on organizational issues. The production pedagogical conference of graduates is an important step towards mastering the profession.
