The work of a Polish scientist at Abai KazNPU was successful

From October 14 to November 13, 2023, Jaroslaw Wierzbinski, a Polish scientist, professor of University of Lodz (Poland), worked at Abai KazNPU as a visiting professor. During his stay, the foreign scientist gave a course of lectures on the topic "Semantics and stylistics of text: linguoculturological analysis", held consultations for doctoral students, met with Kazakh colleagues on strengthening scientific cooperation, gave the final lecture on the theme "Stylistic phenomenon of the language of M.Zoshchenko`s works". The students of bachelor`s degree, master`s and doctoral students of the Department of Russian Language and Literature of the Institute of Philology, listened to lectures and received from communication with the foreign professor not only answers to questions of interest, but also new directions of scientific search.

At the end of the course of lectures, the Polish professor presented the students with certificates. In general, work at Abai KazNPU of J. Wierzbinski was successful and productive.
