Researchers from Abai University participated in the international conference

On December 19-21, 2023 scientists of Abai KazNPU, including Professor Abisheva S.D., associate Professor Sabirova D.A., masters Abuova B.P., Baibolova A.U., Umarova A.B. took part in the international conference "Intercultural communication in the Commonwealth space: main trends in the context of generational change", which was the final event of Russian as a Language of Interethnic Communication in the CIS with the support of the North-South Political Science Center and the Pushkin State Institute of the Russian Language in the framework of the Year of the Russian Language as a Language of Interethnic Communication in the CIS space.

On December 20, conference participants Afanasieva E.M. (Pushkin Institute), Yadrovskaya E.R. (A.I. Herzen State Pedagogical University), Valyugin S.V. (Pushkin Institute) conducted master classes in literary disciplines.

On December 21, Professor Abisheva S.D. made an eco-presentation about the work of the Department of Russian Language and Literature of the Abai KazNPU Institute of Philology, demonstrating all the powerful scientific, teaching potential, as well as the results of fruitful work of the faculty of the department. PhD doctor, visiting Professor Maxim Ponomarenko from the Pomeranian University (Slupsk, Poland) also made a presentation, during which the guests of the event got acquainted with the activities of the Abai Center, as well as saw the results of many years of productive scientific relations between Kazakhstan and Poland.
