Professor of the Department of Russian Language and Literature lectured at the University of the Palace (Czech Republic)  

Doctor of Philology, Professor of the Department of Russian Language and Literature Damina Shaibakova visited the University of the Palace (Czech Republic) to give lectures as a visiting professor.

The professor presented a series of lectures on the topic "Russian language in Kazakhstan". It contained materials consisting of such important aspects of the Russian language as status, transformation, pluricentrism and other relevant linguistic issues.

The lectures aroused great interest among undergraduates and teachers of the Czech Republic. Noting the high professionalism of Professor Damina Shaibakova, he expressed a desire to invite her again in the future to give lectures. Damina Shaibakova also met with university students who plan to visit Abai KazNPU next semester for academic mobility.

It should be noted that since the beginning of the current academic year, four students enrolled in the 2nd year of the Abai KazNPU Bachelor`s degree program have been studying under the academic mobility program at the Palace University (Olomouc, Czech Republic).
