Meeting with library staff

On May 4, 2019, the teachers of the Russian Language and Literature Department took part in the conversation with teachers of the faculty of the Institute of Philology and Multilingual Education with the head of the information technology department of Scientific Library of Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University Aizhan Atantaeva.

During the meeting, a wide range of internal and external resources of the scientific library was presented, and methods for their use were explained. Aizhan Atantaeva told the teachers of the institute how to use electronic catalogs and resources of the scientific library of our university. The scientific library uses the International Web Program Irbis. To use the electronic catalogs and resources of the scientific library, teachers need to register and get a login password.

Such meetings are useful for their informativeness and allow teachers to more effectively apply modern information technologies in their work.
